August Must Haves

5 Things I Love Right Now

We blinked and it is August! From my best friend’s gender reveal to our engagement, Summer 2017 has surely been one for the books. I plan to spend the remaining weeks of sweet summertime indulging in a few of my favorite things – including the goodies from this month’s list of must have items. Give one, two, or ‘em all a try before we blink twice and Summer fades to Fall.

5 Things I Love Right Now...

1. Snapware® Total Solution™

Brad did not understand why a household of two needed a Costo membership. While he may have a point about five pound bags of green beans, we absolutely needed this 18-piece Pyrex® Food Storage Set. If bulk is not your thing, there is a 4-piece set or 8-piece set available on Amazon, and a 10-piece set from Pyrex®. The glass containers are microwave, dishwasher, and freezer safe, plus BPA-free. Home cooks and lunch packers, this food storage solution is a must have.

Not only spiked and sparkling, it is refreshing and relaxing! Available in bottles of your favorite flavor (mine is Grapefruit & Pomelo) or canned variety packs, Truly is gluten-free and only 100 calories with 1 gram of sugar. Visit the Truly Finder to pick some up locally. Hurry, because the weekend is calling and this adult beverage is an end of Summer must have.

Who would not want to rub chocolate all over their face? The Hot Chocolate Self-Heating Clay Mask is my favorite. The cocoa fruit extract feels so soothing on your skin, the caffeine boost is invigorating, and it smells good enough to eat (but don’t do that!). Whether you need to detox, deep clean, or hydrate, there is a product for you. There are dozens more options, just search and filter based on your need. All masks and treatments are free from sulfates, parabens, fragrances, and artificial dyes. Love your skin with this must have beauty product.

My best friend, Kelly (and future Matron of Honor) gifted us a fabulous wedding planner for collecting all the details leading up to our big day. At 10.5 by 8 inches, it is the perfect size for toting around to appointments. The categorized sections with dividers, pockets for storage, checklists, and space for miscellaneous notes are more than enough to keep the bride and groom organized and on track. If you do not have a wedding to plan, C.R. Gibson® has plenty of everyday journals and more to offer. Make notes and plans galore with this lovely paper must have.

5. Qalo

While I absolutely adore my engagement ring, it is not practical to wear at all times. Beach days, hikes, gym sessions, and yoga classes (etc.) call for something a bit more durable. Qalo silicone rings are inexpensive, comfortable, and made for the active couple who still want to show their commitment. I choose the Crossover in white because it reminded me of the split shank on my engagement ring. Available for both women and men, Brad will pick one out after the wedding. Attention all fiancées and fiancés, brides and grooms, wives and husbands you must have this wedding band replacement.

I promise you will love these things, too…happy shopping!
