Baby Bird Gender Reveal
It was the best secret I ever kept. After receiving “Baby’s First Pictures” from my best friend, Kelly and her husband, Rob – the mom and dad-to-be, in the middle of a Target aisle (totally normal), I rushed to my car and tore open the envelope. I laughed…then cried…then rushed to Party City for three dozen confetti poppers! For four days, my lips were sealed – but I was sure to send Kelly daily countdown texts as a tease. I knew the gender of Baby Bird and I was honored to hold onto this big secret before sharing it with their other friends and family at the gender reveal party.
Kelly was visiting Disney World and wearing mouse ears before she could even walk. So, there was only one question for Baby Bird – Mickey or Minnie?! Check out all the ear-resistible details from the celebration.

The theme began with a custom invitation design and matching mouse ears for guests to wear.
A custom yard sign greeted guests and reminded them about the big secret.
Upon arrival, guests joined Team Mickey or Team Minnie and chose a pair of ears.
With the gender still a secret, one thing was for sure – Baby Bird would be a Future Disney Addict.
A photo booth was setup with a custom-made banner and props and store-bought masks.
Grandma-to-be arranged themed baskets, with only one to be opened after the reveal!
Handmade custom banners and garland added to the décor.
The beloved sweets table – including mouse-shaped Oreo Cookie Pops and Rice Krispie Treats made with a Mickey Mouse Cookie Cutter, drizzled with Candy Melts, and themed cupcakes from Kupcakes & Co. with additional custom toppers to match the invitation.
Grandpa-to-be carved a themed fruit display.
Guests gathered in the yard to release confetti poppers and reveal the gender.
